Additional Information
● FaceShields GT/XC are standalone, single-use, disposable face shields for medical purposes
● Dispose of in the proper container after use
● Do NOT clean, sterilize, or otherwise process for reuse
● Pursuant to Section 564 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, the Chief Scientist of the Food and Drug Administration has issued an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for the included face shields allowing them to be used Health Care Providers (HCP) as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
● The products have not been FDA cleared or approved
● The products have been authorized by FDA under an EUA for use by healthcare providers as personal protective equipment
● Manufacturer recommends AGAINST use in the presence of high intensity heat source or flammable gas
● This products are only authorized for the duration of the declaration that circumstances justifying the authorization of emergency use under Section 564(b)(1) of the Act, 21 USC 360bbb- (b)(1) unless the authorization is terminated or revoked sooner
